About

Michèle is a Belgian artist

Trained at Sint-Lukas in Brussels and the Academy of Anderlecht, she refined her craft through residencies in France.
From Watermael-Boitsfort, she found her way to Jette, where she has lived and worked for over twenty years.
Her career spans a wide range of projects: from plaster figurines and monumental animals to mosaics and decorative painting in art-deco buildings and other prestigious interiors.
Today, she devotes herself entirely to sculpture, bringing feminine grace and childlike playfulness to life.
Artistic approach
“I choose simplicity and harmony”
In her recent work, Michèle focuses on the human figure.
She seeks beauty beyond the limits of perfection – beauty that lies in posture, movement, and emotion.
Thanks to her deep understanding of materials and her constant urge to experiment, Michèle lets each medium speak with a result that feels both powerful and delicate.
